Underfloor heating installation in Stockton on Teme completed
Underfloor Heating Systems Ltd today completed the installation of a warm water underfloor heating system for a ground floor of a big new build house in Stockton on Teme, Worcestershire. Despite a ground floor only, a total of 1,000 metres of pipe was installed.
Due to rain overnight before screeding, the selfbuilder found some water on top of the insulation. Although there was no need to go back to site, as warm water ufh systems installed by Underfloor Heating Systems Ltd are pressure tested, the installer still went back to site on the customer’s request.
Back on site we noticed there had been water leaking through the roof overnight, but still checked the pressure to convince the customer he didn’t need to worry. As usual Underfloor Heating Systems Ltd did not charge for that extra call out either, it is customer service after all.
