We are a not a manufacturer, hence we have the freedom of selecting what we think are the best products available on the market.
We offer high quality warm water underfloor heating systems, no matter whether the project is a small extension or a renovation or a large new build. Although we also offer the installation as an option, many customers install the system(s) themselves as we do give out very good instructions and advice. We also supply systems abroad.
All the technical information that we have is available to download from our website. We do not keep anything secret, and why should we. We are proud of the products that we use, and the easier and more comfortable we can make it for the end user the better. With unlimited technical support we can offer complete customer support.
Our technical team has many years of experience in all types of underfloor heating systems. If you go under technical downloads on our website you can print out all the instructions, wiring diagrams, system layouts etc. All the information that you need is on our website.
Full instructions and also a hand sketch (if more than one zone) goes out for every project. Where possible we can also offer free site visits, if required. For a small charge a CAD drawing can also be provided.
In most cases we can reply with a quote the same day as drawings are received. Delivery times are normally only a couple of days.
