ThermoGuard Mixer

The new mixing / blending valve for your underfloor heating system

The latest mixer from RWC (Reliance Worldwide Corporation) is the ThermoGuard that is replacing the ThermoMix mixer underfloor heating mixer pack.

The underfloor heating mixer pack now comes with a 7.5 m Flex Grundfos Pump.  The new thermostatic cartridge gives excellent temperature stability.

The ThermoGuard also have a full hot side shut off if the water temperature is set at correct mixed water temperature.

The mixer pack can be fitted on the right side of the manifold or on the left side.

The unit is very compact and will function down to 25 degree C which is the correct temperature for commissioning any underfloor heating system.

The ThermoGuard is also more compact compared to the old ThermoMix and can now even be fitted into manifold cabinets.

The temperature range is from 25 – 60 degree C and the temperature stability is 2 degree C.

The connections to the heating source is ¾” FBSP and connections to the manifold is 1” MBSP.
